“I’m Karen Goodall — someone who believes that when great ideas are met with the right support, incredible things can happen.

Throughout my career of leadership and operational management experience across Australia and the UK, I’ve had the privilege of working with passionate people, big ideas, and projects that spark real change. I bring a calm, strategic approach to everything I do, but it’s my belief in people and place that truly guides my work.”

🌿 Where It all Started

My professional roots are in the student accommodation sector, where I grew alongside the industry from Executive Assistant to Area Manager (Australia) for leading Purpose-Built Student Accommodation (PBSA) providers.

Working nationally and internationally, I have:

  • Mobilised and operated large-scale accommodation developments

  • Built operational frameworks that enabled consistent, high-quality delivery

  • Led national teams with a focus on culture, accountability and care

  • Partnered with universities, developers and government stakeholders

  • Developed service strategies that placed students and wellbeing at the centre

  • Delivered projects requiring complex compliance, risk management and multi-stakeholder coordination

At the heart of it all was one priority: creating environments where people felt safe, supported and able to thrive.

In 2023, I stepped away from corporate leadership to build something more personal, a business grounded in human connection, structured delivery and meaningful community impact.

Now based in regional NSW, I bring metropolitan-scale operational experience to regional communities and national organisations alike.
