It all begins with an idea…

The KBK Connection was an idea that was born in 2020….. In 2023, I decided to make it a reality.

I am a strategic, ground-up, hands-on, Business Partner and Management Consultant with an extensive background in leading and streamlining multi-state operations in the commercial property and Purpose-Built Student Accommodation (PBSA) sector throughout Australia and the UK.

Over the last 20+ years, I've traversed various roles starting as an Executive Assistant in the sector to culminating my journey as the Area Manager - Australia for a leading Global student accommodation company. 

Along the way, I've developed extensive senior leadership experience in business change and transformation, sustainable growth, operational mobilisation, operations management, sales and marketing strategy, asset management, stakeholder and customer engagement, driving student experience, and owner representation. 

I now offer a range of bespoke management services with a particular passion for operational mobilisation, business development, event management and planning, driving customer experience, and creating efficiencies in operational processes and procedures.
